1. Company Information

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and NSN Holdings LLC regarding your use of our website and any services you engage us to perform.

2. Our Services

NSN Holdings LLC provides full-service property maintenance and repair for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to:

• General repairs and handyman services
• Plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance
• Electrical work (performed by licensed electricians as required by law)
• HVAC installation, service, and repair
• Roof repair and maintenance
• Painting, drywall, and interior/exterior finishing
• Preventive maintenance programs

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service request at our discretion, particularly where safety, licensing, or permitting requirements cannot be met.

3. Service Agreements & Estimates

All services begin with a consultation and, where appropriate, a written estimate or work order. By approving an estimate (verbally, in writing, or by allowing work to commence), you enter into a service agreement with NSN Holdings LLC.

• Estimates: Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at time of assessment; unforeseen conditions may affect final pricing.
• Change orders: Any work beyond the original scope will require your approval before proceeding. We will notify you promptly of any changes and their cost impact.
• Permits: Where required by Florida law, NSN Holdings LLC will obtain necessary permits. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client unless expressly included in the estimate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your estimate or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due upon completion of services for jobs under $1,000
• Larger projects may require a deposit (typically 25–50%) with the balance due upon completion
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
• In the event of non-payment, NSN Holdings LLC reserves the right to pursue collection, including filing a mechanic's lien where permitted by Florida law

Disputes regarding invoices must be communicated in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Scheduling: Service appointments are confirmed by phone or email. Please ensure someone authorized to provide access is present at the scheduled time.
• Cancellations by client: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee of up to $75 for standard appointments.
• Cancellations by NSN Holdings: We will notify you as soon as possible if we must reschedule due to emergency, staffing, or weather conditions. We will work with you to find the earliest available alternative time.
• Emergency services: Available 24/7; emergency dispatch rates may apply outside of standard business hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

NSN Holdings LLC is fully licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage not caused by our work
• Damage resulting from your failure to disclose relevant information about the property
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind
• Delays caused by factors outside our control (permit approvals, weather, material shortages, etc.)

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Warranties & Guarantees

NSN Holdings LLC stands behind our work. Unless otherwise specified in your work order:

• Labor is warranted for 90 days from completion of the service
• Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will assist you in claiming if applicable
• Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period; we will assess and correct covered defects at no additional charge

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after service completion.

8. Property Access & Safety

To perform services safely and effectively:

• You must ensure our team has safe, unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled time
• You represent that you have the authority to authorize work on the property (as owner or authorized agent)
• You agree to disclose any known hazards on the property (asbestos, lead paint, structural issues, etc.) prior to work beginning
• Our team has the right to stop work and leave the premises if conditions are unsafe, and will not be liable for delays resulting from such conditions

9. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify our website content without prior written consent

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of NSN Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless either party prefers to bring a claim in small claims court where eligible.

You and NSN Holdings LLC agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit related to any dispute arising under these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted and, where appropriate, communicated to active clients.

Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
